In this podcast, my guest, Fabrice Desmarescaux, shared great insights on Contemplative Leadership. Key takeaways include:
1. Building coherence between our inner wisdom and our actions in the world.
2. Developing greater presence, balance, and clarity about why and how we lead.
3. We don’t only use our head to track performance indicators. We engage our whole self—mind, body, and heart—to tap into our deepest resources.
Fabrice works with CEOs and their teams to help them reach higher levels of performance and consciousness. A former partner at McKinsey & Company, Fabrice raises his clients to new heights of clarity and productivity by focusing on what makes us fundamentally human: the desire to be happy, to connect with others, and to be true to our purpose.

Who are you spending your time with?
What stories are you telling yourself?
What do you see around you?
What are you going to do about it?
These questions sum up what is discussed in this interview with my guest, Jeremy Lang. Jeremy is the Founder and Vice President of Sustainability at Pela, an organization known for their biodegradable phone cases and more recently, their countertop composter - Lomi.
This all started while Jeremy and his family were vacationing on one of the beaches in Hawaii, surrounded by plastics in the ocean. His desire to do something about the situation led him to found Pela.
Today, Pela is on a mission to eliminate 10 billion pounds of waste from the global waste stream and continues to research and develop the most innovative products to create a waste-free future.
